Private Sale Partners has developed an Automated Home Visit Scheduler to take the hassle out of setting up appointments to show your home. Here's how it works:

Once you've signed up and created your listing, you can use the Automated Home Visit Scheduler to let buyers know when your home is available for visits. You can even designate "open house" dates and times. Buyers can view your personal schedule on our website and can only request appointments for available times. When a buyer selects a date and time, it will be locked into the scheduler so no one else may select that date and time. If an inquiry about your lisiting comes by phone, our agents will encourage buyers to schedule a home visit, and will use the on-line home visit scheduler to schedule a date and time. The scheduler automatically notifies you of the appointment via email or phone with complete buyer contact information.

Buyers are required to complete a pre-screening registration (name, phone number, email address, employer's name and work phone) before being permitted to access the home visit scheduler or scheduling a home visit via our 800 number.

You are encouraged to verify the buyer's contact information before confirming appointments, and you have the right to cancel the appointment should you desire.

Your home phone number will never be given to a buyer. You will always receive the buyer's contact information when a home visit is scheduled.

You have the right to cancel appointments, but have the responsibility to contact the buyer directly via email or phone to do so. Private Sale Partners or its agents are not responsible for cancelling home visit appointments.
